A dining highlight for us as we tried some unique dishes that we had not come across before - in particular we loved the crispy pasta started called 'not quite carbonara' or something similar. It has a taosted flavour and texture of cereal. The stand out dishes were the orecchietti, little money bag shaped pasta filled with cheese and pear in a creamy cheese sauce with basil, as well as the seemingly simple sounding milk and cream gelato with olive oil, rosemary and this crispy and salty biscuits crumble. Amazingly good!
Props to the staff who squeezed us in for a quick dinner, with prompt service and then a random take away ice cream for my sister given free of charge. Very generous and memorable in a strip where so many menus look the same!- Group size

An absolutely superb little restaurant. We dined here twice while in Vieste - atmosphere, meals, wine and service all absolutely perfect. The kitchen made something special for our little fussy eaters, and remembered our meals and wine order from the previous night. Hope to be back again!

Great place to dine in Vieste, one of the best we've tried so far. The restaurant inside is possibly better than outside, with the seating area being in a very well decorated ground floor room with beautiful arcs. The choice of dishes is very interesting with great selection of both fish and meat plates. The Spaghettone with wine sauce and prawns is outstanding. Only negative note is the bread quality as well as how it is served (in a paper bag, like in a cheap trattoria) other than that an amazing place where to eat.The food was incredible! Cant think of any better food I have ever eaten. As Primi I had de ravioli with pear, creamy cheese, truffle and walnut, insanely delicous! I thought my Secondi could not top the Primi but it did: Iberico with potatoe gratin, super tender and the flavour. Loved everything about the food. Place/atmosphere is beautiful and the staff very friendly.

The Osteria is located in a very lovely narrow road, amazing. We came without reservation and could get a table inside. The staff is very kind, only English is not so common. The food was delicious. Octopus 🐙 Appetizer and Pasta with sea devil resp. frutti di mare. All fresh and perfect. The house white wine was also good.
The olive oil they have is very delicious and from a local producer. We also stopped by there to get a bottle 👍It is the best restaurant we went to so far in Puglia!!! It is the kind of restaurant which would deserve a 6th star. The meat (beef and pork) was perfectly cooked, the raw product are good. We even tasted the desserts which were good, especially the tiramisu.
Amazing food, service and prices. Large portions and attention to detail! Loved this place!

Excellent restaurant in downtown vieste. Foodier than most. Great ingredients and food. Kind staff. Consider booking, and certainly; do so if you want to eat outside. Be careful not to get confused as there is a different restaurant (less good) just up the alley.
Such an incredible and tasty experience! The food is simply delicious and the combinations are incredible, from the appetizers all the way to the desserts. The menu offers a selection of traditional dishes from Puglia but with a hint of creativity and novelty. The personnel is very kind and the ambience is relaxing and welcoming. Definitely a must in Vieste!
